From cocktail hour we moved directly into the main ballroom for the reception, where we made our first grand entrance as husband and wife from the upstairs bridal suite, where we descended directly into the reception as we were introduced. Searching for a venue is stressful to say the least - from the moment Raul at The Grove picked up the phone, I felt like I knew this is where I wanted to get married. We placed our absolute trust in him and went with all of the vendors that he suggested and we could not be more grateful. The cocktail hour was a showstopper! Raul and Maggie were beyond great with us I mean literally on top of us from the moment we got there that day ensuring everything went as planned. My niece booked her wedding there for August, 2011 and I have another friend whose daughter booked for June, 2011. I cannot even begin to imagine the day going as well without her help and assistance. She helped me carry my train all during photos and then helped do my bustle with my matron of honor. They definitely made our special day even more special and unforgettable!!! They made sure we looked and felt perfect the entire day. All the attention we were given still did not prepare me for how amazing our wedding was. It has been almost two weeks and my family and I are still receiving phone calls telling us that The Grove put on the BEST wedding ever! We love them and will recommend them FOREVER!! We were married in July so she made sure I was hydrated, she carried around my lip gloss and foundation for touch-ups. It was impeccable and the butler style service raised the bar.
