Theres a lot of information out there on how to swing a golf club. Maneuvers that can make this happen include (assuming a square stance); 1. weaker grip; 2. same grip, but open the face at address; 3. hang on, hit the ball, then release; 4. more wrist rotation (opening the clubface) on the backswing; 5. cupped left wrist at the top of the swing; 6. feel like you're going to fade the ball. Good iron players especially know how to cover the golf ball with plenty of lagwhich leads to them hitting the golf clubs sweet spot consistently. If youve properly released the club, the finish position will look like you resting your hands and the club on your front shoulder (left for a right-handed player), most of your weight on your front foot (left for a right-handed player), and your back heel (right for a right-handed player) in the air.
